My trip to Cuba was both enlightening and educational. Socialism was evident everywhere. So much history. A country that has never been independent. Always governed by someone else. Even Castro who governed as a dictator was dependent on other countries.
Here are my pictures of what I call "sad opulence". I loved taking these pictures. I was totally engrossed in the city of Havana. I had two great guides and they toured me in a 1958 Olds.
