Whipp Farm Antique Alley Show and Sale

What a great weekend at the semi-annual Whipp Farm Antique Alley Antique Show. It is part of the Antique Alley 15 Mile Garage Sale that comes twice a year between Cleburne and Grandview. Vendors set up everywhere, in fields, beside the road, front yards, and cow pastures, and as far as you could see down a 15 mile strip of Hwy.4. It just so happens that I prefer to vend at the Whipp Farm Show. It is a friendly show that is set on beautiful acreage owned by Debbie Whipp. The venue is made up of antiques, collectibles, reused and recycled, art, and last but not least great food. There were probably 100 vendors alone at the Whipp Farm. The brisket is great, the fried pies melt in your mouth, and the fajitas homemade right on the grill.

I had a fabulous time and a great show. The rain did not stop me or the shoppers. You really should check this out if you are a vendor or just a shopper. Great deals can be had for the serious shopper. Go to Watch for the next event in the Fall.
